here are some of the questions we hear most often from our couples

  • do you work with other vendors?
    We love working with other vendors on the wedding day! We often try to reach out to the photographer and DJ beforehand and we always go over our plans for filming setups throughout the day. We also love when couples work with planners or day-of coordinators and always recommend our couples to book with one to save you stress and headache! We also LOVE referring vendors we've had the pleasure of working with in the past, just ask!
  • can we select our own music?
    While we do require final music selection for our highlight films due to licensing and creative purposes, we do our best to work with you to find styles and genres that you like! We love suggestions but ultimately you are not able to select what music is in the film. But we promise to pick songs that fit your vibe and wedding day!
  • can we set up a payment plan?
    We understand that weddings are stressful and expensive and we like to help our couples as much as possible when it comes to payments! We accept payments in the form of check, or online invoicing. We also have payment plans available: splitting payment by 3, or 4 or 6 payments. Our down-payments are always considered non-refundable to lock the date in our calendar. Reach out for more info about payment plans.
  • what is your turnaround time?
    In order to deliver the best film possible, we take our time with the editing process to make sure everything is perfect. We are 100% in house editors - your film is only touched by us. And since our films are very unique, and story based we can take up to 4 months to deliver the Highlight Film, and an extra month for full film collection. But we always deliver a teaser within 48 hours of the wedding, and always stay in touch during the editing process.
  • do you back up up our film and footage?
    Yes! We believe in backups on backups because technology is only great when it works. We back up to multiple hard drives, your films are stored on the cloud, and we also back up to locations that are off site. We always recommend backing up everything in multiple places after it's delivered to you and only guarantee keeping it for 90 days after delivery.
  • how will our film be delivered?
    We deliver all of our films digitally to our couples on YouTube, then a direct download link if requested. Then the full film collection is delivered by mail in a customized USB Flash Drive.
